CEDAR RAPIDS
Main Interceptor Rehabilitation - Rehabilitation of 4,411 LF of 96-inch diameter RCP sanitary sewer 24' deep & 48" flow by slip-lining 84" FRP in the wet, 490 LF of 96" with CIPP liner, 60 MGD bypass pumping, new manholes and abandoning nine existing manholes.
NORTH OUTFALL SEWER MAZE REHAB PHASE V
This project principally consisted of rehabilitation by lining of approximately 8,000 feet of large diameter sewers (60” to 75”), rehabilitation of large junction Structures, construction of two Transition Structures at transitions between 60 inch SEP and 42 inch circular VCP and construction of approximately 3,000 feet of 8” sewers.
NEWMAN SPRINGS PUMP STATION TWIN 24" DISCHARGE MAIN REHAB
The project required the CIPP lining of twin - 24” water lines with a class 4 structural liner designed for an operating pressure of 120psi and a test pressure of 150psi. Each line was approximately 700’ long, having several elbows and offset joints.
MENTONE PIPELINE
Mentone Pipeline South and East Foothill Pipeline C51449 - Cranford Hill Pumping Station East Branch Extension PH II - Installation of 29, 875 LF of 66" and 72" steel pipeline and steel fitting, clearing, dewatering, trench excavation, testing and surface restoration
PENNSYLVANIA AMERICAN WATER
Coatesville West End Water - 50,000 LF of water main sliplining -- 12" & 16" FPVC within 24" cast iron.
BALTIMORE SANITARY CONTRACT - 875
Involved sewer rehabilitation for a total of almost 4,700 linear feet in a 78” reinforced concrete pipe. 2,550 of which called for CIPP, while the remaining 2,140 feet utilized a carbon fiber reinforced polymer. Inflow and infiltration were minimized, all the while, Sunbelt Rentals helped employ a 150 MGD bypass that kept sewer flow consistent. This project specifically called for extensive continuous bypass monitoring.
ROUTE 3 PASSAIC RIVER CROSSING
Route 3 Passaic River Crossing Sewer Rehabilitation DP08164 -Installation of 920 LF of 99" x 99" Non-circular Fiberglass Liner Pipe
in 108-inch Arch-Shaped Concrete Sanitary Sewer, (2) Access Pits, 20' of 6" DIP, 1 FH, Traffic Control and Surface Restoration.
PINE TREE SAG
Pine Tree Sag Pipe Cement-Mortar Lining, clean and cement-mortar line, in place, by the centrifugal process, the interior surfaces of
approximately 3,841 linear feet of 108-inch riveted steel pipe.
ASHLAND PLANT SEWER REHABILITATION
Chemical Sewer CIPP Lining (Ashland Plant). Rehabilitation of 1,318LF of 18", 4,912 LF of 21" diameter sewer by cured-in-place pipe lining.
MOJAVE SIPHON POWER PLANT
Pennstock Bypass Connection, Mojave Siphon Power Plant Installation of 60 LF of 120-inch diameter steel pipe, fabricated with
80 degree bend, to be placed for connection from existing tee on Barrel No 3 to existing PCCP, demolition, earthwork, reinforced concrete structure, mechanical and electrical work.
FOUR MILE CREEK TRUNK SEWER REHABILIATION
Four Mile Creek Trunk Sewer Rehabilitation - Rehabilitation of existing 84" diameter trunk by sliplining with 4, 022 LF of 72" FRP pipe in the wet 20FT deep & 48" high flow, rehabilitation of existing 27" diameter by sliplining 325 LF of FRP pipe, two reinforced concrete juction chambers and manholes, sewer crown treatment of 28,780 LF fo existing 60", 72" and 84" sewers.
CONESTOGA CREEK INTERCEPTOR - LANCASTER, PA
Rehabilitation of close to 3,000 linear feet of 42” sewer via Geopolymer, reducing inflow and infiltration. 24” bypass is pictured.
