Spiniello studies the latest industry best practices to stay abreast of the evolving sciences behind safety and teach them to our employees. Our dedicated safety professionals conduct job site audits and work closely with our superintendents to learn about potential hazards. In addition to ongoing safety training, weekly "toolbox talks" are conducted across our projects to educate our work teams on potential hazards and facilitate discussions on safety topics that are specific to our job sites.

Policies

Spiniello’s policies are documented and implemented as a part of our Health and Safety Program, which provides a framework for safety across all of our operations. Additional safety instructions may be issued by the project managers or owners, along with local, state, or federal safety regulations that may apply to a specific jobsite.

We train our people to approach every task with vigilance without resorting to complacency. Our people know that every incident is preventable, as well as that Spiniello values their health and well-being most of all.
