We study the latest industry best practices to learn the evolving science behind safety and to instill this knowledge in our employees. Our internal safety job site audits allow us to work closely with our superintendents and learn about potential hazards. This information is then used to help perfect our worksites and strengthen our employee Safety Program. In addition to ongoing safety training, weekly "toolbox talks" give work teams a chance to discuss safety topics that are relevant for a particular job site.

Policies
Crucial policies are documented within our Health and Safety Program Handbook, which provides a framework for safety across all of our operations. Additional safety instructions may be issued by the project manager or owner, along with local, state, or federal safety regulations that apply to a specific jobsite.
With our Safety Program, we respect the dangers inherent in the construction industry — and believe that all incidents and injuries are preventable. Employee safety matters to us, most of all.
