Spiniello cleaned and installed a cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining within the 27-inch diameter sewer below the Domino Sugar property in Baltimore. Cleaning was performed largely with hand tools due to the solidified material in the sewer. Bypass pumping was also implemented to minimize the project's impact on Domino Sugar operations. The bypass was a 24-hour operation with pump watch.
