    Originally a civil engineering graduate, Anthony gained early career experience in design, estimating, and project management while working for multiple heavy civil contractors.  After earning his law degree, he transitioned into construction law and served as counsel to various general contractors throughout all phases of litigation.  Anthony's extensive knowledge and practical experience in both engineering and law provide him with a unique perspective and comprehensive understanding of construction processes, operations, management, and administration.  He holds professional licenses in both engineering and law.
