CIPP lining

cost effective
life extension
Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining is the most proven and widely specified technology for pipeline rehabilitation—and one of the most cost-effective methods for extending the service life of pipelines by 50 years or more without reducing flow capacity. Spiniello’s CIPP crews have extensive expertise installing high-quality liners and have successfully installed millions of linear feet of CIPP in pipe diameters ranging from 4 inches to 120 inches within sanitary sewers, storm sewers, combined interceptors, and pressure applications.
-
Installing CIPP lining entails inserting a resin-impregnated liner within the host pipe, inverting the liner into and through the pipe, and then heat-curing it to generate structural strength and form the same rigid shape as the original pipe.
CIPP solutions work for pipes of all shapes and sizes including oval, horseshoe, and egg-shaped cross sections.

CIPP SOLUTIONS
BENEFITS
-
The CIPP process takes far less time, costs less money, and has a significantly smaller environmental impact than open cut excavation.
-
CIPP implementation reduces traffic disruptions and interference with utility services.
-
Corrosion on pipes eventually causes them to become blocked and leaky. CIPP lining prevents such corrosion from forming.
-
CIPP improves the flow capacity and overall durability of pipes.
-
Installing systems of pipes is a significant investment, and repairing them with CIPP maximizes the long-term value of that investment.
