Safety

Employee safety is our top priority at Spiniello. We believe that our employees are our most important asset and that safety at the worksite is our greatest responsibility. That's why we provide ongoing safety training for our entire workforce, ranging from initial safety orientations to weekly "toolbox talks" and formal classroom training.

Conducted in both English and Spanish, our safety training is designed to meet the specific needs of each project jobsite, equipment yard, mechanic shop and construction office. The safe interaction of machine operators, technicians and visitors is of vital importance at all of our jobsites.

At Spiniello, employees learn how to recognize the potential hazards of every workday, so they can reduce the risks of accidental illness or injury. We want to end each day safe and sound.
